Ingredients


2 medium avocados


1 green onion


1 tsp garlic powder


2 tbsp chopped cilantro


Juice of ½ lime


Dash of hot sauce, based on preference


Method


STEP 1

Cut avocado into cubes with a butter knife, then scoop out into a bowl with a spoon.


STEP 2

Chop onion and add to bowl.


STEP 3

Add garlic powder, lime juice, cilantro and hot sauce to bowl and mix.


STEP 4

Refrigerate for 1 hour for best flavor.


STEP 5

Serve with homemade pita chips, nachos or add to your favorite Mexican dishes.
