PLAIN GREEK YOGURT
ICE
WATER
MIXED BERRIES OF YOUR CHOICE (FRESH OR FROZEN)
SPINICH
HEMP SEEDS
CANE SUGAR
Directions:
1. Add yogurt, ice and water to blender and blend until ice is broken up.
2. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
3. Serve and enjoy.
