Directions:
INSTANT POT
1. Use 'saute' function to cook onion in oil until softened.
2. Add garlic and cook until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
3. Add ground turkey and brown.
4. Add all remaining ingredients and stir.
5. Set Instant Pot to Manual for 13 min, then natural release.
6. Serve with any garnishes you enjoy (grated cheese, sour cream, green onions, avocado, jalapenos etc.).
